Sandra is Managing Director of Dataloft, a tech-driven provider of data, analytics and insight on UK housing markets. She recently led the business through its acquisition by PriceHubble, an international proptech company supplying residential data analytics across 10 countries.
Dataloft holds a unique dataset of achieved rents and renter demographics used to underwrite rents and profile demand for rental homes. The business works with clients from across the Build to Rent and Single Family Housing sector as well as housebuilders, advisors and policymakers.

Dataloft’s rental affordability tracker is published monthly by the ONS and the business collaborates with the BPF, BusinessLDN and UKAA to produce the report: Who Lives in Build to Rent. Sandra sits on the UKAA policy and research committee. Outside this, she has been a research associate with two leading London think tanks, Centre for London and Future of London and was a co-founder of a City office investment business, BH2. She has written and been quoted widely on the property market by BBC, FT, and The Economist as well as in the property press. She presents regularly at seminars and conferences.
